1. Return Policy Overview
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Product Condition Reminder
If you're unsure about keeping the watch, please ensure that the protective film, accessories, and packaging remain intact and undamaged, and refrain from wearing it. The item must be in fully resalable condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Instructions
If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange for a reliable shipping service to handle the return and ensure that the shipment is trackable. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any applicable taxes. We will reject any cash-on-delivery (COD) packages—please make sure to pay the return shipping fee when sending the package. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment and declaring the full value of the items with the courier company so that you are fully protected in case of loss or damage during transit. If you choose not to insure or declare the full value, you will assume responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. We are not liable for any damage or loss that may happen during the return process.

5. Return/Exchange Limitations
Please note that only one return or exchange request is allowed per order. Unless there is a product quality issue, each product can only be exchanged or returned once per transaction. Any exchange must be for a product of the same style and color.

6. Accepted Returns/Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the returned or exchanged products meet the "Return/Exchange Requirements" and do not fall under the "Exclusions to Return/Exchange Policy" listed below.

7. Quality Issues and Exceptions
If you encounter a quality issue with a product purchased from our website, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that quality issues will be verified by our customer service team.

Exceptions to Quality Issues: Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized repairs by third parties, or alterations made by the customer will not be deemed a quality issue.

Pre-existing Defects: If the product was clearly marked as having defects at the time of purchase (e.g., B-grade items or products with cosmetic damage), these are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Return/Exchange Requirements
Products must be returned within the designated return/exchange period.
Products must be in their original condition (unused or unaltered) and suitable for resale.
The original packaging of the product must be intact (including plastic bags or boxes; do not affix tape or labels directly on the watch box—please place the watch box inside another protective box or bag). All accessories, instructions, tags, and labels must be included.
If the product included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. Failure to return the gift will result in a charge for the gift at its listed price.

9. Exclusions to the Return/Exchange Policy
Products not purchased from the official website www.lobinniwatches.com.
Items bought during special promotions or sales where returns or exchanges are explicitly prohibited.
Products that have been used, repaired by unauthorized third parties, damaged, or are no longer in resaleable condition.
Loss of the electronic receipt or order number provided at the time of purchase.
Returns or exchanges requested beyond the allowed return period.
Products marked with defects at the time of purchase and subsequently returned with claims of defects.
Other scenarios where returns or exchanges are not permitted under this policy or applicable law.
Variations in color between product images and the actual item are not considered a quality issue.

10. Refund Processing Time
For returned products, once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). However, please note the following conditions:
If the returned products were purchased as part of a promotional offer (e.g., threshold promotions), we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund based on the offer.
If the returned products were part of a free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue, we will charge a $25 original shipping fee (from us to your door) and a 5% bank processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
No shipping fee will be charged if the item is late, damaged, poor quality, incorrect, or does not match the description.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the refund method and the processing times of your bank or payment platform (it may take up to 10–15 business days).
If the return does not meet the conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.
