You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is successful. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer express delivery options for an additional fee. Express delivery time is usually 5-7 business days to most areas.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery time and cost depends on the destination country. You need to pay customs duties or taxes at the time of delivery, depending on your local regulations.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates on your shipment status.
If you do not receive tracking information or have problems tracking your order, please contact our customer service team at customer@lobinniwatches for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Inaccurate addresses may result in delays or additional shipping costs.We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If you discover that the address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if there are any issues with delivery (such as damaged or missing items), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping company to resolve it.
If the goods are lost or damaged during transportation (this is rare), please notify us within 7 days after receiving the tracking information.
8. Duties and Taxes
For international orders, duties, taxes and import fees may be charged, depending on the laws and regulations of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Because the customs policies of each country are different, we cannot estimate the additional charges that may be charged at the time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
