xReturns Policy
You may return items within days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be unworn, with protective film, accessories, and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at customer@lobinniwatches.com.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
